We Offer an Engaging & Evolutionary Fitness Experience
At REGYMEN Fitness, we design our workouts with excitement and variety to prevent burnout from the same old cardio routine. During every workout, members use advanced technology with a unique gaming approach that fosters engagement and friendly competition. Members also work at their own pace and are never in competition with others. This makes our studios accessible to everyone, which is why our members represent all fitness and experience levels.
Our current workout options are BURN, BOX, and BUILD. These are designed to work together to challenge our members in different areas for muscle gain, calorie burn, flexibility, agility. These aspects make them better at everyday movements.

BURN
Our HIIT workout is the house favorite. We incorporate cardio stations like the treadmill, ski erg, and assault bike along with kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, CORE exercises, and stabilization movements to bring you an incredibly effective 60-minute workout experience.
- All cardio is heart rate based.- All calories are tracked.- Points are earned in every workout. -
BOX
Take out the treadmill and add in the heavy bag. You’ll PUNCH, KNEE, ELBOW, and LIFT in our BOX workout. We use rounds in the weight room and rounds on the bags to spike your heart rate through power punching and lifting, agility work, and core work routines.

BUILD
We’ll switch your focus to power and strength in our BUILD workout. Get your blood pumping with Olympic barbells, bumper plates, battle ropes, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, CORMAX, and more. BUILD combines compound movements and explosive rounds of cardio (15-30 seconds) that strengthen your muscles and get your endorphins pumping.

RUMBLE
Get ready for the ultimate sweat session combining all three of our signature programs—BURN, BOX, and BUILD! RUMBLE is the ultimate REGYMEN experience where we throw out the rule book and challenge your body. It’s the perfect workout designed to maximize calorie burn and will have you begging for more! Move Relentlessly!

BLAST
Blast is a 30-minute treadmill-focused workout incorporating kettlebells, dumbbells, and/or Slam Balls. Coached through our movement screens in the studio, this quick, intense full-body HIIT workout BLASTS calories and gets you in, out, and on with your day.
