Partnering with GoodLife Canada
The fitness boutique industry saw an enormous surge in popularity and our goal was to create a boutique offering within our larger GoodLife Clubs that would mirror that level training specific, community building, customer-centered approach that boutiques provide. While similar boutique brands existed, REGYMEN carried special attributes including variety within its offerings and programming backed by best in class education, a strong brand presence in look, feel, and community. REGYMEN also was at a pivotal point in its growth which created a natural symmetry and strong alliance with GoodLife.
We launched REGYMEN in two locations in the most challenging of circumstances – the pandemic – and even under these circumstance, REGYMEN has already made a big impact with our members in more ways than we could have hoped! We are set to open two more locations by the end of 2021 and two more by spring of 2022. GoodLife could not be more excited for the continued growth of REGYMEN at our Clubs!

Hear from the Owners of Ascension Parish
November 1st marks one year of franchise ownership for us in the Ascension location! We are incredibly proud of all we have been able to accomplish in a year’s time, even through a pandemic. From the inception of this location in 2019 Donnie Jarreau and his team allowed us to buy in as investors because of our excitement around this brand. Then, in November of 2020 we were able to buy out the remaining investment to turn this into a franchised location.
Serving our community in the fitness and nutrition industries for over 15 years, Laie and I both fell head over heels in love with the REGYMEN concept when it moved into the Baton Rouge area in 2018. We saw the big picture from the start. From the way each workout is designed to the overall sensory experience delivered. We knew it was steps above anything else on the current fitness market and would draw people in. The community atmosphere provided here is second to none.
The part that made this so easy for us is the incredible amount of support we received from the corporate staff and leadership. From helping me select a payroll company, to understanding the POS systems that run all our data and daily operations they are there any time I have questions or troubles. They have also allowed us to be a part of building a lasting brand. They hear our concerns and share our successes in an effort to help the other franchisees grow their locations as well.
While owning a business is full of obstacles and hurdles, Laie and I feel strongly that we made a great decision investing in the REGYMEN brand. Our membership numbers and positive feedback from current members continue to prove this every day as we grow.
The REGYMEN concept could work well in an area even those with large fitness facilities near-by. This is the trainer experience without the trainer prices. Nothing else delivers the full experience the way REGYMEN can.
